SHIPPING

USPS Priority Shipping flat rate is $10 USD for custom designed shoes. Tracking number will be provided via email once purchased items have been shipped. International shipping rate is available upon discussion with customer service.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges for shoes. If going with the 50% deposit option for custom shoes, your order must be paid within 24 hours from the time the completion email notification has been sent. If it is not paid in full within 24 hours of email sent, all unpaid orders will be forfeited, meaning no refund will be given for any initial deposits made for shoes.
