ORDER PROCESS

Ordering Custom Shoes

If you see something that you like on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page, website, media page or you have something in mind that you have always wanted we can create it for you. Our shoe designs are handcrafted, one pair at a time. We do not copy other designs or designers, we create shoes based on our clients request and or original designs. Lisa Shea’ custom shoes start at $300 USD. Please see our FAQS page for more information regarding pricing.

Since we only create one of any design, we can create a variation of the original design for you. Please take note that each pair of Lisa Sheá’s are one-of-a-kind and each pair will vary.

Orders are processed and shipped out 6-8 weeks from your order date. An email will be sent out when your order has been placed, as well as when your order has been shipped out with tracking number. We (Lisa Shea’) do not give out updates unless an order has exceeded our processing time.

THE FIVE SIMPLE STEPS!

Step one

Fill out an Order Custom Shoes form.

Step two

Lisa Sheá or a design specialist will give you a call at your convenience.

Step three

An invoice will be sent to your email address provided the same day as your consultation. 50% or full payment is immediately due upon conclusion of the consultation, after the invoice has been sent to you. If payment is not received within 24 hours after the invoice has been sent your order will be cancelled immediately.

Step four

Once the shoe has been approved by you, our artists will begin the design process to create the shoes of your dreams. After we understand your desires for the shoe, we will create the design(s).

Step five

If you paid 50% at the time of your order you will be sent a second invoice (if the balance has not already been paid) to be rectified one week prior to your order being shipped. Payment will need to be made within 24 hours after the second invoice has been sent. If payment is not made your order will be cancelled. There are no refunds on any custom order.

GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

All descriptions will be discussed via phone or email. Due to the delicate nature of the shoes and the individual wearer, Lisa Shea’ cannot guarantee the life of a custom shoe. Each occasion for which these shoes are created has its own unique set of circumstances that may cause varying degrees of depreciation.

Ordering Custom Chucks

THE TWO SIMPLE STEPS!

Step one

Add the custom designed Converse of your choice to your cart and fill out an Order Custom Chucks form. If you need help with your design, please indicate on the form and a design consultant will give you a call within 24 hours.

Step two

Make deposit payment and expect your original custom designed chucks within 6-8 weeks. If you have any questions please give us a call at 502-461-4440.
